Inviting porch to sit and take in the beautiful small-town neighborhood, 15 minutes to Indian Lake and Mad River Mtn. House trained dogs welcome only $50 fee. NO CLEANING FEE if you clean up after yourself.

Lindsey's Lil Anchor Cottage, built in 1930, is one of the original lake cottages of Indian Lake. It sits on the more quiet side of the lake, but is just a few minutes walk from many attractions around Indian Lake! There is a private backyard set up for entertaining and plenty of parking. The cottage is across the street from Indian Lake Brewing Company and within walking distance of the Russells Point Harbor/Bridge, Indian Lake Boardwalk, the start of the bike path, and Indian Head Roadhouse!

This home is cozy, offering one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Living room offers a full sized pull out sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. Fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy the outdoors with fire pit. Home has plenty of parking, with easy access for boat trailers.

You'll be 1 floor above a medical spa and within walking distance to all the amazing shops, restaurants, and bars that the downtown has to offer. Close to The Holland Theatre, Mad River Mountain Ski Resort, Indian Lake, and The Ohio Caverns. There is one bedroom, but 2 additional air mattresses that can be used to sleep more. We have one twin and one full.
