This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Come and enjoy a brand new 63m2 studio, with underfloor heating throughout. Full kitchen facilities, lounge with TV, Two Queen size beds which are in an open plan setting. Private deck with outdoor seating and rural views. We never tire of the 180 degree views of the Port Hills and beyond. Peaceful rural setting: 5km from Rangiora township, and 25 minutes from Christchurch city. Walking and biking tracks close by (Ashley Rakahuri Regional Park). 10 minutes drive to Waikuku Beach.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. You are welcome to bring your pet but please keep them off the beds and furniture, to respect future guests.
