It is ideally situated for accessing Snowdonia national park and all the splendour, beauty and activities it has to offer. Situated in the heart of the village just off the high st. close to all local amenities, maintained to the highest standard and fully equipped to cater for all your needs. The perfect base for visiting Eryri (Snowdonia) National park, the Slate Landscape World Heritage site and the extensive range of activities which Llanberis has to offer: walking/climbing/biking/swimming/paddle board, canoe etc Llanberis path for Snowdon (Y Wyddfa), lake, Sherpa bus stop are just a short walk from the house.

A bright & happy house. It has a lot to offer families, friends & couples. The living room is spacious. Brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom with shower and bath. I have a huge king size bed in the main room and a bunk bed in the second room. Outside yard with table and chairs. Llanberis has a choice of cafe’s, shops, pubs and restaurants. As well as unlimited hiking, running and cycling routes. My house is a 500m walk from the lake. Any questions I’m here to help and advise ! Diolch 🤗

This is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with a myriad of activities on the doorstep including walking, cycling, riding, and a variety of water-sports, along with exhilarating Zip wire experience. This really does make a wonderful base for exploring Snowdonia - the footpath (or train station) is about 10 minute walk from the front door.
