Nestled on the northeast side, this well-appointed, fully remodeled home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 private outdoor spaces, a fire pit, and stunning lake views. Visit in fall to enjoy vibrant foliage hikes, or hit the slopes at nearby Bristol Mountain in winter. After your adventures, unwind by the fire or take in a sunset over the lake! NOTE: Kayaks are NOT yet available. The private dock is available seasonally.

Come enjoy the friendly neighborhood in our cozy lake front home. Bring your fishing boats, kayaks, canoes and fishing poles! Spend the day on the lake or on our large lake view patio, then unwind at night at our fire pit or in the hot tub! Nearby, you can find a drive-in movie theater, mini golf and ice cream- fun for everyone! In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park.

Enjoy the finger lakes region at the north end of Conesus Lake in our peaceful and centrally-located lake view cottage. Park and relax with lake access across road at Vitale Park, coffee, resturants, ice cream shop, and entertainment steps away! Full kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms, washer/dryer, foosball & driveway. Full boat launch, Minnehans Go-carts, ice cream, mini golf (2 min), Geneseo College (10 min), Letchworth State Park (20 min), Bristol/ Swain Sking (60) and more.

Honeoye Haven

Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.
