Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The Donkey House

The Donkey House is a snug, self-contained one bedroom cottage in a secluded valley 3 miles from Padstow. It overlooks a field of Hebridean sheep and a stream. The bedroom and bathroom look into tree tops while the lower floor leads onto a private terrace. The dramatic North Cornish coast with the famous Seven Bays is five minutes away. Penheyl is located in the charming hamlet of Tregonce. A 20 min walk brings you right to Padstow, famous for its harbour, Michelin star restaurants, sea adventures and pubs. Penheyl was fully refurbished in summer 2025. The 3 bed house features a hot tub, large garden, a lovely outdoor patio area, a built-in BBQ & a wood burning stove. Perfect for families or a group of friends. We also have a few properties near by for larger groups stays.
