This freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep up to 8 people per stay. 1,750 sqft of indoor space, a front porch and fire pit area will give your group plenty of space to relax during your visit. Your kids will love the playground, and basketball court across the street. Home includes 4x full size beds and 2 full baths. Home is about a 4 block walk to the beach entrance. Enjoy the included bikes or 6 person surrey! House comes equipped with a charcoal grill, beach chairs, and firepit.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Lovely off the beaten path bay house. Enjoy nature. Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. You may also see black sand depending on what the tide is doing. cold weather discounts in place on calendar.

Queen size bed in bedroom w/ extra pillows and blankets. Sofa queen size pull out bed complete w/linens. 12 miles to DE Turf, 7 miles to First State BMX, 26 miles to Lewes, 29 miles to Rehoboth, 27 miles to Dover Downs, 16 miles to Dogfish Brewery. Nestled among the beautiful farmland of central Delaware, the Savannah offers a spacious home in a peaceful setting. The new, well-appointed house offers plenty of room for the whole family. With both an upstairs porch and a back patio with screened-in porch, the views are panoramic and serene. Centrally located, this comfortable and roomy home is only a short drive to many nearby activities. However, with the wide open spaces and fresh country air, you may not want to leave!

Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.

THE RIVER HOUSE @ DE TURF ! 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this home accommodates large groups traveling to Delaware Turf for soccer, lacrosse and field hockey tournaments. Four living areas and a central kitchen, multiple families can use this home at the same time. 2 sets of bunks in each bunk room! The river view is outstanding from the picture window in the family room! This home is less than a mile from the turf fields and 30 minutes to the resort beaches!

Charming Historical Red Roof Home

Charming home close to the DE Truf fields and 40 minutes to the Delaware beaches, Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. This charming house is two main bedrooms and bath on the second floor. Then a living room with TV(Amazon fire stick ), Kitchen and a open space room for reading with two love seats. On site parking is available and on the street parking is available as well.
