This home has been my family’s paradise for 13 years. A huge house with all of the amenities. A master bedroom with an ensuite to die for. Kids love the 50m zip line, 8m sandbox, 16m long swing set,the pool and diving board with the ninja set above. Floating in the swimming in the pool in the evening with the absence of city light pollution, is magical. The view, which captures the silhouette of the magnificent foxtail palms with the backdrop of the Milky Way, is simply unforgettable!

Double Bed/AC/ Fan/ TV/B.I.R

Cool but small room double sized bed, with A/C, fan,B.I.R, T.V, spa and verandah with BBQ .I do not have WiFi. -Shre main fridge in kitchen or drinks fridge outside as well. IThere's a bus that can take you direct to the Mindil Beach Markets on a Thursday & Sunday. (It leaves from the exchange in Palmerston city- a 15 minute walk. It's currently $3 to get on the bus. Darwin city is a 20minute drive . Berry Springs swimming reserve is also about 20 minutes by car.

Your room has a new 300L fridge with decent frost free freezer. Air conditioning..(I recommend setting it 24 degrees C.) Ceiling fan. TV with remote.. sorry no wifi. . ..Heavy duty Wooden bed frame,Queen size. . Built in robe- USB charger x2 on Power board. Dark timber Venetian blind. Outside -There is a great insulated patio/veranda. Jacuzzi/spa (It's usable all year round) 2x outside sun lounges & as of 12/12/2022 a raised decking w/seating, Weber Q BBQ.
