Kitchen cooking facilities include crockery, cutlery and a ninja multi-cooker. Underfloor heating giving a cosy feel during the colder months. Outside there is off street parking and somewhere to sit and enjoy your morning coffee during the warmer months.

A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.
