We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Via a picture window to the rear, you look out onto stunningly picturesque countryside as far as the eye can see, including an impressive view of the 'On Freedom's Wings' sculpture, and towards the front, the outlook is over our cottage-style garden with fruit trees and a generous lawn area. Dog friendly, with lots of local walks available 🐾

Walks from the door in every direction- through woodland to Market Rasen or go up the ridge to enjoy views of Lincoln on a clear day , and of course the walk into Tealby to enjoy the local pub and tea rooms.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.

The Nook, Cosy Holiday Cottage

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. No, 25 Steep Hill, is a beautiful Georgian Town House, recently renovated with many period features, in the heart of Lincoln’s Cathedral Quarter, located on the award winning Steep Hill (voted best street in Britain 2012). Just a stones throw away from Lincoln’s world-famous Cathedral and Castle, and the picturesque Bailgate and Castle Square, with its many quaint, independent shops, tapas bars, cafés, bars and restaurants.

The Saddlehouse at Wykeham

Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxurious hideaway in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our Saddlehouse is set to the side of the farmyard of our working farm and is metres away from the Viking Way footpath. A perfect retreat for walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is situated on a dead-end lane and boasts gorgeous uninterrupted views of the wolds. Sadly unsuitable for infants or children.
