A unique cottage set in a beautiful country garden, inside is all completely modern. Bedroom one queen bed also has a wall Smart TV with Netflix. This newly restored semi-detached stone cottage in the peaceful and gently undulating hamlet of Rendelsham offers seclusion and privacy, with garden views and outdoor living. Private driveway and parking. Short drive to local beaches, Lake Macintyre and Mayura Station. 45 min from Coonawarra wineries and walking distance from Canunda National Park. Nearby Millicent offers a selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, chemists, a swimming lake and hospital. Wood heater for chilly weather.
