Filleadh na Fainleog is situated on the edge of the Burren just a 5 mins drive from the market town of Ennistymon and 8 mins from the seaside resort of Lahinch on the Wild Atlantic Way. The majestic Cliffs of Moher is 20 mins drive.

Private house with a cosy decor in the hearth of the Slieve Felim Way walking trail which starts in Murroe and ends in the Silvermines, Co. Tipperary and the trail is approximately 43 kilometres long. We are 5 minutes to Clare Glens, 10 minutes to Newport town and Murroe Village which hosts Glenstal Abbey, 34 minutes to Limerick city, 30 minutes to the scenic village of Killaloe,46 minutes to Shannon and 2 hours to Dublin Airport. Tea/Coffee and welcome breakfast pack provided on arrival.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

‘Lake View Sunset’ is a mezzanine style loft in a renovated ‘milking parlour’ dating back to the early 1900’s. Dromoland, Lahinch, Doonbeg, Shannon and many more Golf Courses are all within easy commuting distance.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques.
