Hilltop Views From a Historic Tuscan Home

Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Prenditi un momento di pace e lascia riposare la mente. Dalla camera da letto, comodamente sdraiati sul letto, potrete vedere il mare, sentirne il rumore e ammirare l'intero panorama, perché il letto è proprio accanto alla terrazza. Addormentatevi con il suono delle onde del mare. È un'esperienza unica.

CITR 008019-AGR-0007 Soggiorna in un'azienda agricola biologica certificata dove l'olio, il vino Vermentino e le arance amare nascono dalla terra di cui sei circondato. Casa Novaro ha tre appartamenti, è a 5 km dal centro di Imperia a 10 minuti, in macchina, dalle spiagge di Imperia e Diano Marina. L'appartamento fa parte di una villa. Casa Novaro è a pochi km dal centro è situato al riparo dal rumore con una bellissima vista. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie.

One room with kitchenette, double bed sofa and bathroom. Stunning sea view. The apartment is independent from the main house. However guests have the advantage of being able to share a large mediterranean garden with a barbecue area. The apartment is situated in a no-traffica area and can be reached by a five minutes walk. Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Nascosta nella zona di tranquilla di Fegina, villa "La Rana" e' un rifugio dal trambusto delle Cinque Terre, ma con accesso immediato a tutto ciò che questo patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO ha da offrire. Spectacular Sea View Studio w/Garden and Pool Area

Where the hills meet the sea, you’ll find our little slice of Ligurian paradise. This delightful corner studio comes with its own garden with stunning Mediterranean views and access to a pool that is only shared with the two other cozy rentals of our modern guesthouse. We live on the property as well, along with our lovable dog, a few little goats, and some chatty chickens. It’s a peaceful, unpretentious place where nature, comfort, and a bit of whimsy come together.
