Dal momento che i Sassi di Matera sono una zona ZTL non è possibile parcheggiare l'auto in loco, ma nelle zone limitrofe ci sono parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento. Data la conformazione della struttura e dei Sassi è sconsigliata a persone con difficoltà motorie. Il costo supplementare delle tasse di soggiorno è di €2,00 al giorno a persona e va pagato in struttura.
