Enjoy a tempting mix of takeaways nearby including luxury pizzas, Thai, curries, and top-notch fish and chips. The south-facing enclosed garden is ideal for unwinding with a drink in the sunshine. Scenic riverside and countryside walks start right from the doorstep. A key box at the front door means you can arrive whenever suits you. We’d love to host you!

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Set in a beautiful countryside location but within easy reach of the M6, M61 and M65. Local villages include Croston and Eccleston, perfect location to enjoy boutique shops and excellent home made food in the local pubs and restaurants.
