Mahalakshmi Illam -(A unit of Lakshmi Illam Kodaikanal) Newly constructed property sharing the same compound as Lakshmi Illam Kodaikanal, adjacent to each other) You'll be getting access to the entire first floor of the villa. There is a living room that has a 55 inch latest Samsung smart TV and attached balcony, A dining room + kitchen area (we provide only an induction stove and basic utensils to cook only basic foods), 3 spacious king size bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

Alpine Abode Stay

This A-frame, 3-bedroom house is on a quiet street in Vilpatti, just 6 km from the central Kodaikanal. With nearly three-quarters of the front built with glass, the living room offers amazing views of the serene mountains. The house features a beautiful, extensive patio, a mini library, comfortable work seating, and a fully functional kitchen, making it perfect for families with kids. The sunrise view, with rays falling on the mountains, is best enjoyed from the first floor.

Whispering Waters Artist Cottage

The Artist is our smallest and cosiest cottage, ideal for up to 2 guests. It is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and a few steps away from the stream which runs through the farm. All cottages and the common dining room have wifi, 24/7 hot water and power back up. We are accessible by car and there is parking on the farm. Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.
