Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Our property is 25 acres with walking trails, a private 5 acre lake w/ paddle boats and kayaks for your use, and beautiful sitting areas throughout, including along the Platte River. Inviting Place To Call Home For A While

This is a lovely home, in a very family oriented neighborhood. The rooms are all good sized. My home has been freshly painted. I have the carpet cleaned, and also top to bottom, thorough cleaning done on a regular basis. I am not in the airbnb business. Two of my children live in Nebraska, everyone else is in NJ. So we go back and forth. Our home is located in Western Omaha, a very quiet area, yet within 20/30 minutes of everything. Including the zoo, downtown, and the outlets.

Less than 20 minutes from I-80 and popular Omaha neighborhoods like Aksarben Village, and Midtown Crossing are only 15-20 minutes away. Only blocks away from some of the best restaurants around as well!

Beautiful container home with parking in walking distance to Lincoln rail yard and its bars and restaurants, Pinnacle arena and it events including concerts, Memorial Stadium, and the bridge to the Saltdogs baseball stadium. 2 blocks from the action but in a quiet area with outdoor deck looking at the Capital building. 2 blocks in the other direction is a park and new pickle ball courts. 1 bedroom plus a full size pull out couch if needed. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen should have most everything you'd need to prepare and serve a nice meal. We look forward to hosting you.

There is a bike path at the end of the driveway and only a 7 min drive to Eppley Airfield.
