Professionally cleaned, lawn maintenance, pool maintenance and is a high end property that's very close to everything fun and exciting in the area. Just a short drive to Tampa or Orlando... Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad
