Welcoming guests for twenty years, this is one of the most sort after locations on Lake Daylesford, right on the water's edge, a stylish and intimate retreat welcoming up to six guests. Expect the ambience of an open fire, two person spa bath, open plan living and a sunny reading room. Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

The Nissen

The Nissen is a spacious, light filled two bedroom holiday house overlooking the historic town of Castlemaine, aptly named for its resemblance to a World War II Nissen Hut. Enjoy the comfort of a wood fire and split system, fully equiped kitchen, and expansive views from the open plan living area. Wonderfully private and secluded considering its convenient central location, and featuring all modern appliances. Perfect for all occasions, a quirky yet comfortable gem in the heart of Castlemaine.

Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Tylden Tranquility

Set on an historic one-of-a-kind 1000 acre property in the Macedon Ranges, this charming cottage will provide the ultimate escape. The cottage is away from the workings of the day to day farm, with its own garden, so there is a feeling of privacy. It has a cosy wood fire, reverse-cycle aircon, Netflix, queen beds in both bedrooms and an additional single bed. The gorgeous setting lends itself to enjoying a morning coffee or dining alfesco while taking in the beautiful landscape.

Rosie’s Cottage- Buninyong

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix

Little Jem is a luxurious brand-new house designed for comfort and relaxation. The house is spacious, elegantly furnished and walking distance to town. Little Jem has all the comforts, with its luxurious king size bed, big double shower, spa bath for two, separate toilet and all with under floor tile heating to keep your feet warm. The electric fireplace for those cold nights is beautiful to watch while on the big comfy couch or just to have on while watching the smart tv.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

N.B: Please ensure you specify the correct number of guests when booking. Any undeclared overnight guests will be charged to the credit card used for booking following departure. House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). Closeby to the main street of Kyneton which features the historic Piper St hub and local attractions.

Dashiell, a charming villa with a touch of Tuscany

Dashiell is a cosy Tuscan-style 2-bedroom villa in the heart of Hepburn Springs. From this central location, it's a short walk to several restaurants and cafes, including the iconic Mineral Springs Hotel with The Argus dining room, Rubens, The Surley Goat and Bellinzona Hotel. A scenic pathway via the historic footbridge over the Spring Creek valley takes you to the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa and the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve.

Garden Tap House is located on Historic Piper Street, Kyneton and is walking distance to the regions' premier restaurants, shops and bars. The Garden Tap House is a short drive to Victoria's central wine region. The accommodation is great for couples, groups, & families and features 3 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and two bedrooms with two king singles in each. The backyard is a shared space with a cafe named the Courtyard.
