Our two-story beach house with a heated pool is just 350 feet from the beach—no roads or highways to cross! Ideal for families or groups, it features four spacious bedrooms (accommodating up to 8 guests), each with an en-suite bath and walk-in closet. Enjoy ocean views from the upper terrace. Main Floor: Comfortable living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with king beds. Upstairs: Two additional bedrooms (one king, one queen) and access to a private balcony.

You’ll also have access to the community pool in the building, and one parking slot (first come, first served). They are fully furnished with all your cooking and eating utensils, a stove with oven, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and apt size fridge, a dining table, a bathroom with walk-in shower and plenty of towels. Also included at no extra cost; High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet, off-street parking, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas.
