Olive Dome - Huge Geodesic Dome Between The Olives

A geodesic dome located in an olive grove at the foot of the mountain in a private and quiet area. The house is wide, spacious, modern and special. There are strong ACs, a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, microwave, washing machine, an outdoor seating area with a BBQ, and a pool. The surrounding area is beautiful with natural springs and hiking trails. The Sea of ​​Galilee is only a 10-minute drive away. This house was hand-built by us with love&care. צימר איכותי ומלא באור המעוצב ברמת גימור גבוהה, הממוקם בקו ראשון על ים המלח לחופשה מרגיעה לגוף ולנפש. הצימר מאובזר היטב עד הפרטים הקטנים, ונבנה במיוחד עבור האורחים היקרים שלנו. יש בו קומת סלון, מטבח, חדר רחצה ומרפסת משגעת + גינה, ובקומה מעל - גלריית שינה עם מיטה זוגית וחלון לים, ומרפסת ענקית לכיוון הים ומדבר יהודה. אם מגיעים יותר מזוג - ניתן לפתוח את קומת הגלריה לארבעה מזרונים משובחים. במקום יש חנייה, מזגנים ואת כל הציוד לשומרי שבת. ניתן לצאת במוצ"ש ללא תוספת תשלום. ניתן להזמין סדנא זוגית.

In a religious moshav halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Unit with separate entrance (stairs), bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. A sofa that opens to a double bed. A huge balcony facing a stunning view of a green forest. It´s a beautiful walk from the unit to the forest. The gate of the moshav is closed on shabbat.

בית מיוחד בשכונה הוותיקה, עם גן גדול משראה אוירה. זה מקום מפתיע בהרי יהודה עם עצים ותיקים וצעירים כאחד. הבית נח ומפנק במידה, מטבח מאובזר להכנת ארוחה. בגן ישנו מקום למדורה קטנה, ג׳קוזי ומקלחת חוץ, בריכת נוי ומפל, יש בוא דק נח למזרן יוגה ופינות נעימות שונות. מרחב מוגן - נמצא מרחק הליכה של כדקה במורד הרחוב. והערה חשובה: הבית נבנה רובד על רובד עם השנים ע״י אנשים שונים. תמצאו בו פריטים מיוחדים אנא שמרו עליהם, בהקפדה יתרה וגם על הגן בבקשה 🙏 :)

יחידת דיור עם כניסה נפרדת 15 דקות נסיעה משדה התעופה בן גוריון.הדירה במרכז העיר מודיעין 7 דקות בהליכה רגלית מקניון עזריאלי והרכבת. בתי כנסת בקרבת מקום מרכז קניות במרחק 300 מטר ועוד.מקום שקט מאוד ממוזג ומרווח.אפשר לקבל מיחם ופלטה לשבת ועוד... יש מערכת גז לחימום מים(לא פועלת בשבת) וגם דוד שמש. למי שבא עם רכב חשמלי יש גם מטען לרכב חשמלי.ניתן לבצע צק אין עצמי נא לבקש זאת מראש בעת ההזמנה או אפילו לאחר מכן ואז נתאם זאת אתכם לנוחות מירבית.
