Alexandra Cottage is a secret hideaway in the heart of the ancient market town of Penryn, offering a luxury retreat in one of Cornwall's most beautiful and bustling coastal areas. The stone-built, slate-roofed cottage has a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, and a sumptuously stylish open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a woodburner for cosy nights in after bracing walks on the coastal path. A sunny terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dinning with a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Only 5 minutes drive is the harbour town of Falmouth, with its independent shops and art galleries, beaches and the world-famous National Maritime Museum. It's also within easy reach of the Helford River and its glorious sailing waters, hidden coves and fabulous walking routes. The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The Mowhay is situated on Rockfield. With beautiful views all around, you can really escape. In the middle of the contryside and sea views towards Falmouth. It is situated for travelling around Cornwall and has beautiful walks on your doorstep such as the Old Tram Way. It's an upside down house with two bedrooms, utility and shower room downstairs all opening up to an enclosed patio. An open plan living area upstairs has a second door opening to the hot tub level and has it's own parking.

Our place is close to the beach, the coast path, ancient woodlands and a great farm shop!. You’ll love our place because of the boutique luxury ambiance, the peace and quiet, 12 acres of outdoors space with a pool, serene lake, free range chickens and a fire pit. At night you can snuggle down with the wood burner lit, the underfloor heating warming your toes, before you slip into the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and well behaved dogs.

Old Cornish pub, great food, stunning Quay, kids park opposite, cycling trail, many walking tracks within the quaint, historic village. Devoran is an ideal central location to explore Cornwall & it's huge amount of stunning beaches. NT Trelissick House & Gardens, Trebah, Eden Project. St Ives, St Micheals Mount. Pendennis Castle etc Well behaved dogs welcome with prior agreement, no dogs in the main season.

Sunnyside cottage

Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
