Well located to discover Cornwall by car; 30 mins to Rock or Polzeath and St Austell and Looe (South coast). Eden Project, Newquay and the Lost Gardens of Heligan within 40mins drive Living room with smart TV.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. A unique wheel chair accessible Sheperds hut set within a farm with woodland views and wildlife galore. Within easy reach of two cycle tracks, woods and a National Trust Park. A selection of beaches are around 20+ minute drive away. Local attractions include Eden project, Adrenaline Quarry, Camel Creek, Trethorne Leisure Farm and many more. We’re a five minute drive from Lanhydrock golf club and the town with shops, supermarkets and a Cinema.

The Annex, Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Piggywidden, Lidcutt Farm, PL30 5BD

Lidcutt is a working farm in the middle of no-where but close to all the places you might want to visit. Piggywidden is a cozy converted barn with a double and single bedroom and unique features. There is an outside seating area with a picnic bench overlooking a field with pet sheep, alpacas and wildlife. There is a spare single mattress under the single bed which can turn the single bedroom into a snug twin if required. Due to being situated on a working farm we are unable to accept pets.

Cereals, tea & coffee and mini fridge with complimentary snacks. Smart TV. Central Cornwall. 1 mile to Lanhydrock trails. 20 minutes from The Eden Project. 5 minutes from the A30 and train station. Shop and fish and chip shop within walking distance. You will need to drive 20-30 minutes for beaches and larger towns.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Lovely self contained space within walking distance of ancient Capital of Cornwall, and the river and mainline railway, lots of things to do and see. Fabulous base for lovely walks along the gorgeous Fowey River and up the valley to Restormel with easy access to the port of Fowey (short taxi ride or 10 minute drive) and the town of Bodmin, and on to the rest of Cornwall.

The Burrow

The Burrow is a snuggly little bolthole. Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washer/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)
