Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

This entire house with a private pool and hot tub and pet-friendly home is all yours to enjoy! Imagine staying here with the whole family in this peaceful place. Play cornhole, hit the mountain bike trails straight from the house on tunnel vision trail, or a short drive to explore the rest of the Mountain Bike Capital of the World and see the amazing beauty of Bella Vista including golf and more! The Treehouse Bungalow

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fireplace to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge on the king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bike trails, golf, and lakes are all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!
