Cozy cottage located on a sandy shore of Lake Nippissing. Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable, overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. In the winter go snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing steps from the cottage door.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 35 minutes past North Bay in a gorgeous location surrounded by Kenny Forest with lots of hiking, fishing and awesome ATV/snowmobile trails. The cabin road is maintained year round and connects directly to the “A” trail. The cabin provides a small beach area and a large floating dock for jumping into the lake in a weed free area. Beautiful area for swimming or just relaxing on the dock! Includes a paddle boat, small kayak, canoe and SUPs

Perfect waterfront vacation rental for enjoying the outdoors. Spend your days relaxing and soaking in the sun on the large deck with 12x12 gazebo. Small beach area and dock. In winter months we recommend having a vehicle with 4x4 or all wheel drive with good winter tires as our private road can get slippery. Lakeside Guesthouse

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

Enjoy the paddle boat and boards, the kayaks, have a refreshing swim, sit on the dock and enjoy the spectacular views, enjoy a steaming hot sauna then roast marshmallows by the fire. Al and I live in the main house on the property and are here if you need anything.

This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
