Beautifully presented and positioned for all-day sun, this is a great base for your next Taupo escape. Walk/bike to town and the lake, or drive in just 2 minutes. The home is warm and comfortable with a large boat shed to store your toys. There are 2 kayaks and 2 retro cruiser bikes for you to use. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

The boat ramp is a short two min drive and we are seven minutes by car to Taupo township. The perfect spot for your next break. The views are amazing! A special Kiwi experience!

John Scott is one of NZ’s premier architects renowned for designing unique buildings. Our home doesn’t disappoint and we’re delighted to share it with the Air BnB community. A self contained wing of our home sits in a tranquil spot. A five minute drive or a stroll along the lakefront will get you into town. We’re a few minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens and the lakefront.

Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Situated close to the town centre, lake front, hospital and within easy commute to the Taupo motorsport park. Set in a forest like garden and on the boarder of an attractive reserve you can enjoy your own sunny and secluded space waking up to the sound of the birds. Take a 5min stroll to our popular bar/restaurant or grab a takeaway and finish the evening with a soak in the hot pool.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Lake front Bach in Acacia Bay

Relax and unwind with amazing views from a large deck, lake front in Acacia Bay. This 1970's bach has a lot to offer the family with Tui's in the native bush, relaxing deck chairs, a trampoline, Stand up Paddleboard and kayaks. The bach has 2 bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed and the other with 2 sets of bunks). There is a bedroom with a queen bed downstairs. In the lounge downstairs is another set of bunks. There are local shops and a local cafe, or travel 5km to Taupo.

Whakaipo Cottage, tranquility, comfort and views

This cozy cottage offers beautiful views! With a covered outdoor area with bifold windows, you will be able to enjoy them at any time. Tranquility, comfort and relaxation, just a few minutes away from lake Taupo and only 10 minutes drive to Taupo town - This place is perfect to escape real life and enjoy a break! It is private with modern furniture, a well equipped kitchen with alpacas and emus just outside. You can feed the alpacas. Plenty of parking space.
