A converted artist studio filled with stained-glass windows salvaged from a local church, Chapel by the Pier lives up to its name. Located just down the street from Third Street Pier, a favorite South Sandpoint swimming hole, the space is also within easy walking distance of downtown. Stroll, or hop on one of the two provided bicycles, to nearby restaurants, bars and boutiques. Few places offer this level of character in such a central location, and all furnishings and appliances are brand new.

A private location. The guesthouse is detached from our estate. You’ll never know we are in the far detached main home. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. Lots of wildlife. Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is a “shouse” inside a pole barn. It is located in the back of our private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.
