Enjoy everything Madison has to offer, then return to our quiet neighborhood and the peaceful pond behind your cozy, comfortable, two-bedroom, lower-level apartment with a private entrance, retro kitchenette, full bath, WI-FI, Roku TV, and CAC. There's a bike/walking path just across the pond, you'll be close to Lake Monona, and the Capitol and UW-Madison are just four miles away. No matter the season, we encourage guests to step outside, take a deep breath, and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Peaceful, artistic home in the heart of downtown

This inviting, historic home is situated in the most walkable, friendly neighborhood in the city. Just around the corner is a local co-op, loads of quality restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, a park, and easily accessible public transportation. The Capitol and State Street are only about a mile away, making this an ideal location for people in town for business or pleasure. Bright, peaceful, cozy, and outfitted with every convenience in mind, this property will make any guest feel at home.

Spacious Basement Apartment near Epic and Madison

We first used AirBnB when we traveled to Paris and Barcelona in 2015. We were happy with our stay but thought there was room for improvements. When we purchased our home in Verona we saw the potential for using part of it for AirBnB. From our experiences, we designed and decorated our space with a simple focus – what would we want in a nightly rental. The result was a spacious, clutter-free, and cheerful place where guests could feel comfortable while away from their own homes.
