Come enjoy our backyard guesthouse, centrally located to enjoy all of OKC's best local spots! This one bedroom studio (250 sq feet) has been thoughtfully designed to think of all that you may need for a restful stay - coffee, snacks, comfy bedding, & more! This guesthouse is tucked away behind our house offering added safety. We occupy the main home & backyard. We have a friendly Great Dane (Winston) that is well mannered & is monitored while outside. Access to the home is via a driveway.

My place is within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants in Paseo Arts District and Uptown. Just 2.5 north of Midtown and downtown OKC, & 3 miles to Paycom Center (Thunder Team). Very quiet residential neighborhood and a great location. Great for business travelers, couples and solo adventurers. This is a vintage building "1927" with original hardwood floors, built-ins and an extra long tub. The building has creaks and groans and you will hear some neighbors movement. Size 450 SF
