Oma autopaikka lämpimässä autohallissa, minne pääsee hissillä. Rauhallinen talo ja hyvä leikkikenttä talon sisäpihalla. Aivan vieressä ovat visuaalisen taiteen museo Malva ja ravintolat Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa ja Ant Brew. Majoitu viihtyisästi upeassa yli 100 vuotta vanhassa talossa Vesijärven rannalla. Talossa on ilmastointi, wc, suihku ja keittiö. Yläkerrassa parisänky ja 110cm sohva-sänky. Alakerrassa erillinen makuuhuone, jossa on 2kpl 140cm leveitä parisänkyjä. Lisäksi oleskelutilassa on 100cm leveä sänky ja olohuoneen sohvalla voi majoittua 1-2 henkilöä. The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).
