The Empty Nest is awaiting guests who need some R&R, are in town for an event, or just need a change of scenery. We are 35 minutes from Notre Dame, 45 minutes to Warren Dunes, 15 minutes from IN State Line, and 20 minutes from Swiss Valley Ski Resort. The house is in close proximity to many all sport lakes, fishing lakes, snowmobile trails, public beach, and small town shops & restaurants. There are a few county parks near and a Casino within 15 minutes driving distance for extra entertainment!

A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. Located within walking distance (about 200 feet) from Marion Magnolia Farms wedding venue. This listing is for the lower level of the home and has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. We look forward to hosting guest and are excited about our close proximity to the wedding venue. There is plenty of parking and photogenic areas for wedding pictures. We do allow campers on a limited basis. Dogs are allowed for a fee ( max of two dogs please ). Please contact us if you are interested.
