This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. This space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed. Luggage storage available.

We ❤ being innkeepers! "Best BNB ever! Cynthia and Jim were amazing! They were extremely accommodating and hospitable. They stocked the fridge and baked homemade blueberry banana bread for us when we arrived." Quiet neighborhood in the heart of the action — super close to downtown. Two blocks to Palmer Events Center. Convention Center, restaurants, clubs, hike/bike trail, Lady Bird Lake, Barton Springs Pool are all nearby. Private entrance studio, massage chair, powerful shower, screen porch.

Studio SoCo, St Edwards, COTA, Austin 78704

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with full shower bath and kitchenette. The two twin beds can be separate or pushed together by request. In the kitchenette there is a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. The 45" Smart Tv has cable and internet access. Just a note before your stay, we recently acquired new neighbors. You may encounter, on any given weekend night, the sounds of college age festivities. Most nights are quite but there can be some unexpected noise from time to time.

Modern and Cozy South Austin Studio

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 3 people, although the space would be a little tight for 3 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Tree house Bungalow

1948 remodeled home, modern, newly built upstairs guest studio located in the heart of Austin, Texas. This particular bungalow was built in 2015, has hardwood floors, central heat and air, air jet bath tub and tempurpedic mattress. One of the most beautiful details of the treehouse is our reclaimed wood. My husband was born and raised in Austin and has taken part in recyclying wood from old Austin homes and milling trees that have fallen only to repurpose the wood for our treehouse.

East Austin Poolside Retreat

Your own poolside retreat. Pool is right outside your door. Located in the heart of east Austin, walking distance to Sour Duck, Paperboy, Quickie Pickie, and Franklin's to name a few local restaurants. Less than a mile from UT and Downtown.
