Stay at a beautiful contemporary getaway on 5 acres with amazing lake and mountain views minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee. Upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen and a bathroom with tub and shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a twin, the other with a full. Sharing bathroom. The basement room has a queen bed and a king sofa pullout in the entertainment room. Another full bath is here. The first floor study has a full sofa bed. Large kitchen, dining table for 10, great deck and grill

Please answer our questions when requesting to book. If they are not answers, your request will be declined. Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Breeze Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

Just a short walk to Lake Winnipesaukee with lake access. 1.6 miles to Weirs Beach, restaurants, arcades, shopping, drive in movie theater, bumper boats, batting cages and other family activities. 15 minutes to Gunstock Mountain, hiking/biking trails, skiing, snowboarding and tubing.
