One of 3 suites (see my profile to view other suites) within our family home, located on 4 tropical acres of land with magnificent views of the north and the neighboring island of Martinique. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the sprawling patio. Despite its tranquility, the property is ideally located less than 10 min drive from the city, and some beaches. A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

As you travel through the open kitchen into the indoor dining and living areas you will be freely drawn to the 1,000 ft2 (93 m2) covered veranda, transitioning through the 24 ft (7.5 m) expansive opening. The Caribbean Sea beckons you to the private infinity pool cascading in three directions, inviting you to sit on the underwater seats for your morning coffee or evening drinks.

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique. Lush greenery & birds surrounds our property, including seven varieties of mangoes, Lime, Lemon & sour orange trees. Yoga & mediation place is available. Please see pics for more.
