We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. Welcome to the Durango Vintage Tibet House Retreat! Nine blocks to Historic Main Street Durango! One block to World Class Mountain Biking and Hiking Trails at Mesa Bike Park & Horse Gulch Trails. The Tibet House is 400 sq. feet with a sleeping loft upstairs and a convertible couch downstairs. The House was built and styled around a painting the owner Mr. Thomas created at the ceremony he attended in the Dalai Lama's temple in Dharmsala India in 1980!
