Acogedor y totalmente equipado Apartamento Boutique frente al mar, con acceso directo a la playa 10m, ideal para los amantes del mar. Muy iluminado y con increíbles vistas. El apartamento se encuentra en planta baja con acceso directo y privado. Cuenta con un dormitorio con cama matrimonial de 1.60 y sofá. Salón cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, barra para disfrutar de las vistas y un baño amplio y cómodo, además de lavadora-secadora, tendedero y calentador de toallas. Se solicita el documento de identidad de los huéspedes antes de la llegada.

Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Ideal para pasar unos días de relax y tranquilidad, aunque también está muy cerca de la playa del arenal, donde puedes practicar surf o sencillamente salir de paseo y disfrutar de las vistas de Bajamar y Punta del Hidalgo. Te va a encantar mi espacio por las vistas, el espacio acogedor, la cocina, y la ubicación. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros y amantes de la naturaleza

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.
