El baño está equipado con bañera y ducha, la cocina dispone de todos los utensilios, el dormitorio es nuevo con cómodo colchón. En la zona de día hay un sofá-cama nuevo para 2 personas, televisión, cocina con grande nevera en un espacio muy luminoso. En el exterior cuenta con una terraza con mesa y sillas y vistas.
