Our cottage welcomes guests who are seeking for a getaway in the nature with modern conveniences. The real Morsatalu experience involves a sauna, a hot tub and a refreshing dip in the little stream that passes by the cottage.

Your booking includes three buildings, with beds for nine in two of them. The manor dates from 1906. Beside the natural swimming pool stands the White Swan, a glass pavilion with the estate's best kitchen and a pizza oven. The Black Swan spa house sits over its own pond. Rooms are warm and the floors are heated, so you don`t have to worry about cold feet in winter. You are welcome to take a bubble bath in cozy outdoor hot tub.

Cube House is located in the beach area with a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was built in 2019 and is equipped with everything that you need for your vacation. It offers a unique stay for couples and families who value privacy and want to have microhouse experience. House has almost like a little spa inside with a generous hot tub. Also private patio makes available to enjoy your morning coffee outside. There is also private parking inside the yard.

Kaelase Manor

Kaelase Manor is a beatiful 18. Century late baroque building welcoming friends and guest. We have all that a modern person needs in a historical building. The house is surrounded by a centuries old park with lots of old trees and flowers. We can also accomodate events and more than 24 persons. We have fast optic cable internet! Pets require our approval. Sauna for additional pay and upon availability.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
