We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Spacious ground floor apartment with shopfloor windows and a connected basement floor. The whole apartment is rented out, and no one else will be there. Located in the middle of the Akazienkiez, a vibrant neighborhood with stores, restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, 5 minutes from the metro station Eisenacher Strasse. Quiet setting in a small road without any through traffic. Right next door is a nice playground for children with table tennis and a small soccer field (hard top).

The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

My spacious and sunny studio apartment has a lot of space up to four people. The king size bed is very comfy and there is a large sleeping couch. There is an elevator in the building so you do not have to walk to the top. Of course you have your private bath room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is Wi-Fi. I also provide bed lines and towels.
