Accommodation consists of one queen and one double size bedroom and a large lounge area with a high quality sofa bed. The spacious lounge/dining area allows generous room for dining, reading or just relaxing on the comfy lounges and watching a great movie on the plasma TV. Our beautiful French style apartment is located on the second story or our home. It is sunny, spacious and comfortable with all you need for a long or short stay. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

Kurri Kurri is 2.7km away with many Takeaway food places Or sit down for coffee & cake . Weston is 800m ❌ Note if fold out sofa bed is required it is an additional $30 for your stay
