Gas cooking ring, basic set of pots & plates etc, fridge and kettle. Wifi is run off a solar and UPS system so always working during power cuts. A few minutes scooter ride to Sairee beach with it's shops, restaurants & bars. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, shops etc and double that to come back as it's up a hill. But is only a few minutes by scooter.
