Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). Oconee Oasis is located in the quiet, safe, and friendly Cherokee Terrace subdivision in South Knoxville. Established in 1939, the neighborhood features lots of mature trees and abundant acreage, and is just minutes away from downtown Knoxville. This spacious suite is located at the rear lower level of the home and has a large and picturesque backyard, patio, and private driveway with free parking. Oconee Oasis is only a few miles from UT Medical Center, Neyland Stadium, and downtown Knoxville.

Kitchenette has no stove, but does have refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig, Electric Kettle and Airfryer. Please, do not bring a griddle or any cooking appliances. it will set off fire alarm.

It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).
