Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house!
