This semi-off grid cabin features a beautiful view and plenty of opportunity to enjoy nature with a bit of a "glamping feel." This cabin offers free parking, a short, lit hike to the cabin, a fire pit and picnic area, electricity (including a heat/AC), an outhouse, outdoor shower, and beautiful porch for enjoying the view. Water is available via a water cooler.

Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
