Midcoast Maine is home to many great restaurants, shops, and art galleries, as well as events such as the National Toboggan Championships, North Atlantic Blues Festival, Maine Lobster Festival, and more! With Rockland just a quick 15 min. drive and Belfast located approximately half an hour north, you’ll be in a prime location to experience everything this area has to offer.

"The Roost" Cottage

"The Roost" is a bright 1400 sqft. 2 bedroom c.1890 cottage that has been recently renovated and painted located on a two acre property with a coffee roaster Green Tree Coffee and Tea as well as another very small cabin called "The Lair". We are located 400 yards from Lincolnville Beach, 2 miles from Mt. Battie State park, 4 miles from downtown Camden, and 12 miles from Belfast. We are a very dog friendly property, plenty of room for your dog to roam out back in small pasture. Sorry no cats

Sunny Waterfront Home Overlooking Blueberry Field

5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. Million dollar views of Penobscot Bay. Views of Rockland Harbor, and Rockland light house and local islands. House is located near the end of a dead end paved road and is quiet and private. Steps down to your own private rocky beach and access to another rocky beach. The lower steps are not in during winter months. Fire pit on deck, available April-November. One bedroom upstairs and living, kitchen, bath located on main floor. Best for 1-2 adults or 1-2 adults with small kids.

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

Seaside House/Upstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

Trinity Cottage is clean, bright and fully stocked! It is conveniently located off Route 1 but tucked back on a quiet street. Step out the door and visit the working waterfront and enjoy views of the Rockland Breakwater. A short walk to Rockland’s Arts District will take you to antique stores, restaurants and galleries, including the Farnsworth Art Museum. This 1830 cape is for rent by the month or weekly or for a two-night minimum stay. It is located at the edge of the historic village of Waldoboro. It offers a convenient base to sightseeing in midcoast Maine. It’s old-fashioned, decorated with plants, antiques and paintings and features a large, fully equipped kitchen, music room with piano, television room with pull-out sofa, full bath with stall shower and outside patio. Your hosts are right across the driveway.
