It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo, Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs. The garden is enclosed by hedging and fencing but it is not dog proof.

This unique and imaginatively designed holiday home, previously an Edwardian grammar school, was converted in 2020 to provide superb accommodation for four guests wanting a short break or holiday on the Suffolk Coast.
