Haus im Grünen

Ein kleines nettes Haus mit ca. 70m2 Wohnfläche in ruhiger Lage, am Johannesweg, 4 km bis zur Therme und 25 Autominuten von Linz. Unser Haus wurde 1974 gebaut und 2019 komplett saniert. Daher ist es modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Hier kann man sich erholen, entspannen oder am Johannesweg bei einer 3-tägigen Pilgerreise eine Auszeit nehmen und die Magie des Mühlviertel spüren. Durch unser Reitwegenetz von rund 700 km auf der Mühlviertel-Alm freuen wir uns auch immer über Wanderreiter!

Genießen Sie die ruhige Atmosphäre unseres ehemaligen Bauernhofes mit zentraler Lage. Die frisch renovierte Wohnung im 1.Stock bietet einen tollen Ausblick mit direktem Anschluss an das Wanderwegenetz. Die Küche ist mit einer Nespresso Maschine, Öl, Essig, Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer sowie den wichtigsten Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Im eigenen Gartenbereich können Sie Sonne tanken und gemütlich essen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Abstellraum, somit können auch Fahrräder sicher verstaut werden.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

An additional terrace invites you to relax. we are close to: main station 700 m, FH OÖ Campus Steyr, restaurant, bars, cinema … Steyr is the 40 Kilometer away from capital City LINZ. Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft (20m2) für bis zu drei Personen. Das Appartement befindet sich im Souterrain eines zweigeschossigen Hauses. Es wurde alles 2022 renoviert. Bahnhof, City, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Spielplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich wunderschöne Rad- und Spazierwege an der Ybbs.
