The house is located near Posedarje, just 20 minutes from the city of Zadar. A great quiet base to explore the Zadar region's historic towns, villages, art festivals, wine, food, beaches, and wilderness adventures. The house is in a very safe environment and enables full isolation.

This is the family holiday house on the coast with private parking for two cars, a perfect place for swimming, fishing and diving. The house is situated in the first and only row on the coast with no disturbance of other tourists. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.

The house consists of five bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two guest toilets, a roof terrace and a private pool. Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
