Just a 10 minute walk to Kings Beach, restaurants and shops, it's the perfect home base for hiking, skiing, paddling the lake, and relaxing in the private hot tub. Centrally located on the North Shore in Carnelian Bay, one of Tahoe's most charming neighborhoods with its own restaurants and the north shore's only dog friendly beach. Modern hot tub with powerful jets for a massage after a nice hike just steps out the back door. The patio also includes dining table/chairs, sun loungers and a new Weber grill and the large, clean garage is perfect for staging your adventures.

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

The main room features a comfortable living space, fireplace and open kitchen with eating area. Four bedrooms with plenty of place to relax and enjoy. This home was newly built in 2023. Each room has a deck for enjoying the Tahoe scenery. Conveniently located near multiple ski resorts and walking distance to the beach.

Enjoy skiing, boarding, dining, hiking, gambling, and lake fun -- within minutes from our spot. The lake -- 4 minute walk. Town, dining, and gambling -- two minute drive. Northstar - 15 minute drive. Mt Rose -- 20 min drive, and so much more within a close distance.
