The Manor House

Welcome to our beautifully restored 19th-century manor house. Renovated to blend its rich history with modern comforts. Two living areas, plus formal dining room are located on the ground floor. Four spacious bedrooms on the second level, accessed via either of two timber staircases. Whether you're here for a short stay or extended visit, this hosted property offers a comfortable and memorable experience (note onsite host is located in separate accommodation at the rear of the main house).

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our two bedroom country cottage just minutes from Pleasant Point. Wake up to paddock views, relax outside with a coffee or head out for a day exploring South Canterbury. Close to town, the bike trail, Levels Raceway, and local ski fields : Mt Dobson (1 hr), Fox Peak (1 hr 10 min), Roundhill (1 hr 30 min), and Ōhau (2 hrs) approximately. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, one double bed, one single bed and a sofa bed. Pets are welcome by request.

The Garden Room

The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer/electric oven. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Murphy! X2 bikes if requested

Peace & tranquility take over as you are far enough out of town, while actually only being 2 minutes from Temuka's Town Centre, 15 minutes from Timaru's Caroline Bay and Town Centres Cafes and Shops and 8 minutes from Fonterra's Clandeboye Site.

A perfect base from which to enjoy walks, cycling and sightseeing (Fairlie, Tekapo, Aoraki, Omarama, Oamaru, Peel Forest), skiing (Roundhill, Tekapo, Mt Hutt). This beach bungalow has the ocean literally at its doorstep. This hidden gem is very conveniently located, close (walking distance) to our town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking our beautiful Bay. Our coastal walking track runs directly past this house, which invites safe and scenic walks or mountain biking. Aquatic centre and tennis courts are also just a stone throw away. Supermarket and Fast food options just a walk across the park.

Timaru Central

Built in 1905, and converted to 2 apartments in the 1950's, we live in the other apartment. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.

Country Cabin

The warm and cosy cabin is a self contained unit detached from the main house, with BBQ, private deck and restful native garden. You will have your own access/key and off road parking. Our place is great for couples. On navman route, we are 2 hours from Christchurch and 4 hours to Queenstown. Only 1 hour from Mt Hutt ski field and 1 hour from Mt Dobson ski field. Aoraki Mount Cook is 2 hours distance and Tekapo is 1 hour.
