Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months. WIFI , Netflix .

Set between Milford and Carrigart, five minutes from Downings and the Rosapenna and St Patrick's links, with blue-flag beaches within twenty minutes.
